Working on Documentation

I have updated the register description document available under Documentation -> Technical Documents.

I made the following changes:

• Some smaller error corrections
• Describe second role of identify bit (LED control)
• Describe output mode bit (Mono downmix control)
• Add details on audio sampling
• Add details on audio sample playback
• Add details on filter bias
• Add details on stereo to mono mode switching
